Original Common Kingfisher illustration, rendered with Prismacolor colored pencil on archival, acid-free, cotton-fiber Strathmore Bristol Artist paper.

Artwork measures approximately 6x6 inches and comes matted and ready to pop into an 11 x 14 inch frame.

Colors are very saturated and vibrant.

Mat is crisp white.

All artwork signed and dated by the artist, and shipped in protective sleeves and rigid envelopes.

Common kingfishers can be found from Eurasia to North Africa, where they are very important as members of the freshwater ecosystems where they live and hunt. Their shy nature and small size can make them hard to spot in the wild, despite having striking azure blue and burnt orange plumage.

Fantastic packaging on this art print, which is professionally printed with beautiful color and thick paper. It's a gorgeous piece and so rare to find such a sweet image of a snow leopard!
